My Vyykn Account

You username is the email address used when an account is originally registered on Vyykn.com. To reset your password please click here . To find your serial number, please swipe your tag at any Vyykn Water System and it is displayed on the lower right side of the screen. Your serial number is 4 digits (ex: #1234).

Registering can be completed at any Vyykn Water System with your Vyykn RFID Tag. Please take your tag to the nearest Vyykn machine, swipe your RFID Tag at one of the two scan locations. When your tag has been properly scanned, a window will appear on the bottom of the Vyykn display screen. You will see a "Menu" button on this window. Follow these steps:
  • Select Menu
  • Choose "Register New Vyykn Bottle"
  • Follow the instructions to complete your Vyykn Registration and create your profile.

Vyykn Tags & Bottles

You will need to log into your account on Vyykn.com. After logging into your account, click on the tab "Subscriber Dashboard". You will see a tab below your account information labeled "Click Here To Request New Tag". Click this tab and follow the instructions.

My Vyykn Subscription

All Vyykn Subscriptions can be purchases at a public location with a Vyykn Water System. They can not be purchased online from our website or any website that claims to make them available.
Great! You can upgrade your Vyykn Account at the machine or on Vyykn.com when logged into your account.
If you're upgrading at a Vyykn System, swipe your Vyykn RFID Tag and when the window appears on the Vyykn Display Screen, select the button labeled "Upgrade". This will walk you through the process of upgrading your account.
If you wish to upgrade on Vyykn.com, please sign into your Vyykn Subscriber Account. On your Subscriber Dashboard you will see a tab labeled "Upgrade". Click this tab and it will guide you through the upgrade process.
Vyykn has two subscription plans: Basic & Enhanced. A Basic Plan will allow a Vyykn Subscriber access to the PURE water. An Enhanced Plan will allow the Vyykn Subscriber access to PURE, ION, O2, and any other water made available at that Vyykn System. Both Vyykn Subscription Plans allow the user access to any Vyykn Water System on the planet.
Great News! It is important to know that you can only renew your subscription when your account is 30 days from expiring and not before. You can renew an expired Vyykn Subscription at any time.
You can renew your Vyykn subscription one of two ways. You can renew at the Vyykn Water System or on Vyykn.com after logging into your Vyykn Account.
To renew at the Vyykn System, swipe your Vyykn RFID Tag so that the window on the bottom of the Vyykn Display screen appears. Select the "Renew" button on the screen and follow the instructions to easily renew.
To renew your Vyykn subscription online at Vyykn.com, log into your Vyykn Account. Select the tab "Subscriber Dashboard". On this page you will see a "Renew" tab. Click this tab and follow the instructions to easily renew your Vyykn Subscription.

If you are on the Vyykn Enhanced Plan you can not go on to the Basic Plan until your current annual subscription ends. If you want to go onto the Basic Plan after your current subscription ends, you can choose this option when renewing your subscription. For information on renewing your subscription please see the tab titled "I Want To Renew My Vyykn Subscription"
Please confirm that your account is not expired. This can be done by logging into your account on Vyykn.com or after scanning your Vyykn RFID Tag at the Vyykn System. If you need to renew your subscription, please see the FAQ tab "I Want To Renew My Vyykn Subscription". If you account is expired you will not be able to access any Vyykn Water.
If your account is not expired and you believe there has been an error, please use the Contact Form to let us know so we can assist you. If you are a “Basic” subscriber, and your validity is expired you will not be able to dispense any water until you renew your account. Refer I want to renew my account link for renewal process.
If you are a Basic Plan subscriber you can only access PURE water. You may be on a Basic Plan that was allowed IO & O2 water during a temporary trial period. In these cases, if you wish to access Vyykn's Enhanced Water, you will need to upgrade. Please follow the tab "I Want To Upgrade My Vyykn Account" for direction.
If you are an Enhanced Plan subscriber and can't access ION or O2 water, please confirm that your account is not expired by logging in at a Vyykn System or on Vyykn.com.
If you account is not expired and you believe there has been an error, please use the Contact form to let us know so we can assist you.
Please confirm you Vyykn Account is not expired. You can see your Vyykn Subscription status by scanning your tag at a Vyykn system or logging into your account on Vyykn.com. Please refer to the "I Want To Renew My Vyykn Account" tab for more information if this is the case.
If your account is not expired and you believe there is an error, please use the Contact form to inform us so we can help you.
If it appears the entire Vyykn System is not operating, please inform an associate at the Vyykn System location so we can assist as quickly as possible.
